Da Knitflitter er en one woman business, som jeg jonglerer ved siden af fuldtidsjob og familie, er kontortiden begrænset til onsdage fra 9-14. Henvendelser kan forventes besvaret i dette tidsrum. 

Handler din henvendelse om problemer med webshoppen i forbindelse med køb (har du f.eks. Ikke modtaget link til download af opskrift), vil jeg bede dig notere ‘tekniske problemer’ i emnefeltet - så ser jeg på det hurtigst muligt.

As Knitflitter is a one woman business that I try to juggle next to a full time job and a family, office hours are limited to Wednesdays from 9 am to 2 pm. Inquiries can be expected to be answered during these hours. 

If your inquiry pertains to technical issues regarding your purchase (i.e. not receiving a download link to the pattern), please note ‘technical issues’ in the subject field of your mail and I’ll look at it as quickly as possible.
